TEAM PROFILE - CLEANEVENT INTERNATIONAL

Paul Lovett has been with Cleanevent International since its inception. Paul began as his brother’s right hand, and to this day remains hands-on in effective preparation, execution, and/or review of all Cleanevent Operational Plans on an International basis, with a primary focus on the USA operations.

During 1996, Paul first came to the USA to play a key role in the management consultancy extended to Cleanevent Australia after a worldwide search by the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games found the only qualified large-scale venue/event cleaning contractor to be Cleanevent Australia. Paul was directly in charge of over-seeing the quality and successful execution of all cleaning contractors providing services to the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games for all venues located within the Olympic Ring. It was during this experience that Paul realised a desperate need in the USA for the Cleanevent organisation.

Paul moved to the United States full time in March 1997, became part owner of Cleanevent International and took responsibility for the start up and all relative business functions for the entire USA operation of Cleanevent International. His commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to a quality product provided a sound foundation for the continuity of a valued customer base, while setting the stage for exponential business growth within the USA.

Paul found the American venue cleaning market very responsive to Cleanevent’s greatest assets. These are - attention to detail, the ability to produce a no-fail, no-excuses program, and a qualified and experienced management team. All these, along with an entire organisation specialised only in venue cleaning and therefore, accustomed to, and not in the least bit overwhelmed by, the intensity of the large scale events and attendance levels enjoyed by venues throughout the USA.

Within a year, under Paul’s direction, Cleanevent had grown to twice the size of its sister company Cleanevent Australia (within the same time frame). Cleanevent now enjoys, under Paul’s direction, not only a seasoned management team from Australia, but also a complete USA management team, all of whom are seasoned and experienced, coming primarily to Cleanevent from amusement venues in the Florida region. Paul is very proud of our management team in that it exemplifies, through the depth and breadth of each individuals experience, the very principle on which Cleanevent bases its business: Operational Excellence.
