Management seeks the co-operation of all employees in creating a safe working environment, and in consultation with employees ensures ongoing active prevention of injury and illness in our workplaces.

Effective WorkCover claims management is undertaken to ensure that injured employees receive appropriate compensation and that the organisation minimises its losses.

Cleanevent is also committed to ‘return to work’ and that rehabilitation commences as soon as possible after illness or injury. Suitable duties are provided where possible as part of the rehabilitation and return to work program which do not jeopardise the well-being of the employee.
