CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE - UNIFYING THE BRAND

The milestone of the Sydney Olympic Games is significant in the life of not only Cleanevent Australia, but also our offices in the USA and UK. It marks the globalisation of our brand under the banner of a new look logo, and with it a livery stable for all business needs including equipment, offices, uniforms and business forms.

To many that have been served by, or worked under our original Cleanevent Australia logo, you will notice subtle change with the removal of the trademark map of Australia, replaced by prominent parallel blue and grey waves. To those within the USA and UK, it is a total change from the world map with the wrap around name, to a more striking new logo.

Like all good branding there is meaning deep within, and in this instance the meaning is within three elements.

Firstly the name; same font as the original, same colour black, symbolising the strength that we have built in three continents as a name that images the quality delivery we are renowned for.

Secondly is the introduction of the parallel waves in our corporate colours culminating in a solid star. This is representative of the global direction of the organisation, from small and humble beginnings, growing in width and strength and headed towards success together with one star in sight, that being of quality product and service. The grey line represents our clients, the blue representative of the proud people that make up Cleanevent, moving parallel towards the common goal in partnership.

Thirdly is the group of stars that represent the Southern Cross, the Galaxy formation that is the best representation of our grass roots as a proud concept company, Australian born and bred, as the star group that watches over Australia.

This striking, clean and impressive image will commence roll out across the World, triggered by the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, and should be complete by the end of this year.

As Chairman, I have been quoted as saying, "That as hard as it is moving away from the original Australian logo, depicting an across Australia company, our expansion overseas now demanded a corporate image for all in the Cleanevent family, and this new look certainly achieves the goals."

So let's have a toast to us and our new look for the new millennium, let’s build equity in this brand together.

Cheers

Craig Lovett
Founder and Chairman
